The opportunity to learn and to be a part of the growth journey of one of the largest Fintech companies in the country. ESOPs and long term wealth creation opportunities if you stick around long enough.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Unnecessary office politics and poor work culture originating from poor leadership in the individual Business Units. The leadership of the Payment Gateway team in particular is highly incompetent and lacks vision.
