It was a environment friendly place to work. Platform to learn about UPI Payment method.

Dislikes

The company hires candidates for support on third party payroll which is a major drawback in sense of getting any hike, annual increment or further growth and other benefits while on pay roll candidates gets.

Work Details

I worked with PhonePe as Customer Support Executive. It was interesting to work as it has lot many groups/fields to work through which i gained lot of knowledge regarding the app and how it works.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
