I have worked with cluster manager sugumar team, he is just like a tharkuri fellow, who don't have a knowledge about team handling and skills upgrading.. He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

Dislikes

The hr didn't care to connect with employees and try to get feedback of all the working conditions. The environment is really toxic there is no job security in this organisation. There always a blame game

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. There is nothing special in working for phonepe, they are terrible to work for ik it's depends on the region you are working for the the senior of phonepe will be the reason for downfall of phonepe in future

I hate how they just constantly force you to stall in feild even after working hours, my manger litterly shouted on a college for less performance and tell them to stay in feild till 10pm
