Too much politics every where. It's like these guys keep rolling in politics. No systems and processes. A lot of manual work. Employees are treated like kids and not adults. Very disrespectful towards employees. Sahad culture is really bad.

Very much centralised decision making at senior management levels. So sometimes the decisions by senior management, new policies or the events you may not find relevant and usefull as specially at plant.

Irregular shifts Line managers not competent enough. Only criteria for hiring in senior position is that they should be Bengalis 6 days working...no work life balance Very bureaucratic culture Whenever support of managwr is needed he is not there because almost 6-7 hrs in a day they are in meetings that have no output They love meetings here... meetings are way to blame others and insult others One unit head with initials KB is a very rude man I joined as GET and regretting my foolish decision to sit for this company... joblessness would have been better...Read More

The main thing which I appreciate is PCBL top management is people focused, they keep their employees at core of everything. They have got numerous employee favorable policies which creat a strong culture.

I have got lot to learn form my seniors and my colleagues in my tenure. There are many challenges and continous innovations made HR department which keep the work culture away from being autonomous and boring. PCBL is definitely exiting place to work at.
