I will specifically talk about the group EICI since i was a part of this group. There were individuals who are world class and outstanding on knowledge management or managing the product.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The people management group. Can be a bad place for individuals with good physical feature, since management indulges in nepotism and feels insecure when team bonding activities, interactions happen with other team members.

Company culture - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

The work was hectic but learnt a lot.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have interviewed at PHILIPS Pune R&D for role product configuration designer, my cctc is 10.5, what should be my ask for 9 YOE. Pls help with comment as this is my 1st switch, no idea on salary estimate and negotiation part. Thank you.
