Positives 1. Very good work life balance. 2. True Agile way of work. Just deliver to your commitment. Very reasonable expectation. 3. Good mentors 4. Very flexible work culture. 5. Working on cutting edge technology. 6. Organisation is ready to spend any amount on trainings 7. Managers are fully into details. Areas to improve: 1. HRgets too nosy into all the details. 2. HR has too much power. Most decision are controlled by HR although they are not into details. 3. No retention policy's for top talent. 4. HR policies, salary brackets, employee retention policies , team changing policies,are all from stone age. 5. Everything is governed by HR policies that don't work in reality. 6. Policies are good. Authentic HC teams are good. There are some new teams formed for mobiles Apps think 10 times if you are offered that teams.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Some teams use very abusive language in team meetings. Very weak HR no power to them. You complain about superior they will ask you to adjust. Around 5 engineers & managers left same time as me due to management issues

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
