Wants to quit project and back on bench

Hi everyone, I am working as a QA Automation Engineer from the past 2 years at Philips organisation as a contractor (client), and I am planning to quit my project and want to go back on bench can you guys suggest me suitable reasons that my manager can accept and will let me go back to bench. The reason why I am planning to quit my current project is due to my toxic and sadiest manager, He expects me to work on every weekends without any extra pay, and also everyday it's minimum 10 workhrs, even though while leaving at 7pm he asks why so early, and even he expects us to be present in ofc before 9am coz by that time we have scrum call, I have not received even a single appreciation, just the dry applause in every retro meeting I am tired of this work culture. can't even visit home for month's, my sick leaves will also be hardly approved, didn't visited homes from past 4 months, last home visit was also after 6 months Pls suggest me what would be best for me to do..
