No work life balance , No one is listing to the employees even your manager used abused language still HR favors you manager only after providing all the evidences, Especially the Territory manager of Punjab ( Sumit Gupta ) who is black listed from PGI, Command hospital and most of senior hospitals wont allow him to come to their hospital but still there is no one who can take action upon him . There is no value of work in PHILIPS only documentation need to be updated , Philips has nothing to do with customer satisfaction and quality of work ....Read More
