Expectations and Growth as an outsourced vendor before joining is totally opposite of the reality.

Higher mgmt is closing their eyes to be away from ruthless politics and brutal behaviour of senior manager. Dominant manager and taking company for a ride. Just stay in "Good Book" of manager or he'll make sure that you have a difficult time surviving within team. It was newly set up company in Chennai 2017. Nothing extra ordinary to like about Philips.

Dislikes

You can see only Brahmins and North Indians works in Chennai Philips. No scope for non Brahmins. Best to name Philips GBS is 100% for Brahmins.
