Nothing except you have access to Orielly for your learning. The department I worked had lot of confusions due to their management issues.
Everything, the way they treat their employees, no promotion for honest employees, everyone complains about the process but no one wants to leave. Lots of comfortable people here which is making the company toxic. HealthSuite platform is toxic environment to work.

Only the brand name- PHILIPS, i felt that Philips HIC-Pune- still new and in learning phase, but management needs to work towards employees aspiration, also HR really need to work hard to connect with employee and pay attention towards the issue and voice of employee.
I am 15years experienced professional and joined Philips with hopes to learn more and use my skillsets to contribute in their journey, but when i joined-very first day itself--management directly put me on center and then within 1 week-- expectation was that i should be able to run the entire show--which i was started--Challenge was--there was no transition- "not at all"-- Also another major issue was- this was complete profile mismatch. I highlighted to my manager and then to HR also the same thing, that is is not the profile which was offered, but they asked to work for at least 3months and then i will be use to it and understand, but it was not something which was going to change, i worked for 3months, created facts and points and again went to management with them and requested that this is complete mismatch- i am doing my job with all focus, but they need to change my profile to relevant one, but no one heard me-- after multiple follow-ups also--no response from management, "by that time i bought my team to the level- which no one ever thought and performed really well, that we not even met but over exceed the Goals expectations". I was doing all this "but not self satisfied with the profile", ultimately i took decision to leave Philips and work somewhere else- where i will also be Happy along with Management. My Point here is that it was new and completely different profile for me, but i was able to deliver and exceed the Goals successfully, with no passion to work in that profile- If Philips could have listen to me, i may had deliver far-far better in relevant profile. If organization will not pay attention to these kind of request of employee, Employee feels frustrated and leave....Read More

Good thing is too much Life balance and you will easily come to comfort zone.
Developers work is not good. You work on old technologies and multiple BUs have their old product and no proper KT is given and you are made to fix Defects, enhance an already built code snippet and visit medical center when there is new release/upgrade and fix the issue in once a while-weekend. They promised to move to cloud 2 years back(still after completing 2 years), they are still not in a state. You will easily loose touch of whatever you had learned before coming to Philips. Job security after Covid - 2022 has become worse. They pay you well, but you will be in a shock once they inform you that you have notice period left and to search outside. The reason for lay-off or firing they give is organizational restructuring, but still they hire which is really confusing....Read More
