In my experience in phfi overall all very good. Good work environment in field level peoples. And management is very transparent but some people having bad culture with down level. Decision-making making one side of the politics.I have a most a knowledge and learning from management team Very supportive, understanding the people views.

The management is very supporting and understanding but decision making politics of one side of the people. What is the problem having information bothside. Then after that going to the decision. I have a experienced with phfi 4 years 5months..

This place does not have work pressure usually but depends how your PI is! Good working environment.

If you want to work here work for PHFI not IIPH Delhi. Check the job code first and if it mentions IIPHD NEVER never apply. They will make you do all hard work and will take all credit. Authorship politics is huge and researcher are very biased and unethical. You will get growth opportunities only if you are son or daughter of a big or known personality or contacts!
