Culture deterioration due to unsympathetic approach of HR and Admin. HR leader does not care about people here. HR is a good desi event manager. HR should have compassion towards employees. HR will pass responsibilities to the Directors. Being the world's largest HR Tech company, Phenom India HR does use any HR tech product in-house. HR talks in the air. No employee feedback.

Bcoz only people who go to 3 year colleges are considered experts or valuable human rest all people are uneducated because they did distance education.
