The overall company vision keeps changing. Company revenue is going down month on month. They are trying random product ideas out of desperation but nothing seems to be working for now. Employees are just resources for them as there have been 2 layoffs within 6 months.

- toxic work environment - hell lot of work pressure - full of politics and favouritism - worst manager behaviours (managers are complete trouble) - 0 job security (research previously worked employees & news) - worst management with unrealistic expectations - team politics - constant layoffs and hirings because of work culture - extremely poor work system
