There everything is to dislike one day they told everyone that you all are going to bms and they put us in 9 months of training and after that tooo there was no surety you will have to go through various evaluations and there is good possibility that you will not be flipped and also they pay very minmal amount not enough to survive

They claim to give 30 days wfh per quarter when we joined but now they changed their policy with 2 days per week and that too for confirmed employees, they can change the policy any time every year and don't listen to the employees feedback
