There is no job security here. During pandemic, instead of supporting their employees, have removed and are still removing them without any fault of theirs. The company is not facing any financial loss. So this is not the reason of removing the staff. They have ego problem, they are focusing on things which does not makes any sense. Instead of wasting time on things which are not worth, they should concentrate and give that time to the work which is actually required to be done. Working here means, one has to keep their brains at home, and work according to them, even if they are wrong. Employees views doesn't matter. HR is there only for the name sake. Everything. There is not a single thing which is to be appreciated. Office boys are given a lot of importance. The management listens to them and decides the action. Employee views not heard at all.

There is no job security. Management will show you door anytime. HR acts like a postman. No learning of new things.
