My Work is slightly challenging to give 100 present of quality products and day-to-day increasing production.Some times I getting soo much pressure to managing of time for giving good quality products.But I will be a great learning experience.

No job security ( simply throwing the people without any justification) Poor attitude of long term working peoples ( poor skill level Some koreans non technical/non understanding even simple words) are working in technical area( Ex: in quality k. co ordinator@ present) Many money corruption peoples under sustaining still in PHA.( Name ???? not disclosed here) Many peoples are enjoying without work ( No KPI/Target..like that 1 lunch/2 punch) Need person to person review mechanism to understanding their capability (SAVE THE COMPANY) Since i came out from PHA ,eventhough i got wages& six years running with my life because of PHA India..i try to say here , some of the wrong people with PHA now, again will not suffer as same like 2015 ( worst vendor in HMI).......Read More
