Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of mesh in terms job responsibilities. Salary is decent but extra allowance in less. There should be extra curricular activities and some relaxation activities to the employees. No employee welfare is there, no transportation to the Engineers.

Work Details

The job is quite good i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no proper interaction with the team members. I learnt the things here. Appreciation from boss is quite good and and motivational for me.

My experience says that-Here all have to do duty from 8 am to 6:30 pm.And sometimes the production cheap has to do duty in 12 hours. Which is very stressful job for employees. According to me it would be very good to have 3 shifts of 8 hours. And it would be better if buses are available not only for girls but also for boys.
