My experience says that-Here all have to do duty from 8 am to 6:30 pm.And sometimes the production cheap has to do duty in 12 hours. Which is very stressful job for employees. According to me it would be very good to have 3 shifts of 8 hours. And it would be better if buses are available not only for girls but also for boys.
