My experience says that-Here all have to do duty from 8 am to 6:30 pm.And sometimes the production cheap has to do duty in 12 hours. Which is very stressful job for employees. According to me it would be very good to have 3 shifts of 8 hours. And it would be better if buses are available not only for girls but also for boys. Most importantly the canteen food needs to be improved. And it is better to pay monthly salary between 1st and 5th...Read More
