Its people who make company, their actions might effect employees to like or dislike compamy- It is called a SPONSOR company but it is NOT. Please do remember sometimes, it does feel like your previous BPO/CRO’s were much better. Work Load : Too much, never underestimate that you are at client side now so you wouldnt have much workno thats a wrong assumption, instead you wil have more things to support on & at times you will miss out on the personal life with the work load. Poor Recognition : No matter how much ever you contribute your efforts will not be recognized, it happened many a times with me. All the undeserved people will get the prestigious awards & to someone who is really deserving they will neglect them. Poor Hikes : Believe me or not, the hike they gave is nothing special, it is similar or less than the BPO scale, A BPO provides infact I can say the BPO provide better hikes. Work Culture : It is a dictatorship kind of management there, wherein a single person or a group of individuals will take the decisions & the decisions being taken are not at all beneficial to employees. A single person ruling the entire line function. Compensation: It is the worst compensation one can offer & mainly the sufferers are the ones who are at the entry level to intermediate levels. You know someone with experience close to 4 years not even reaching 5 lakhs, so thats the kind of compensation structure they hold. It is the worst, you will cry & cant even come out if you are struck Promotions : Even for promotions there is so much of politics that happens & only the ones who are very close to those dictators right 🥹 only they can expect the promotions Pfizer has such a good market value with the vaccine & theyare generating best revenue but inspite there are ZERO employee benefits, pls. mark my words you can check with other sponsors too about the benefits they provide, worst. Horrible. With no employee benefits in place, even a BPO had provided better benefits during the covid but these management is so worst that even to provide the reimbursement to broadband they were not providing at the

There is TRANSPARENCY factor which is missing. There are lot of instances to explain this; for example; as per organization policies it would indicate a candidate of 6 & above will be considered to the Sr. Data Manager role; however; when it comes to real time; this candidate will be assigned role of Data Manager which has candidates of experience range 3 years & below 6 years. This really gives a very negative impression to a candidate after joining the organization wherein he/she becomes really helpless; compensation wise also; there is no transparency at all. Don't know what happens behind; for people who are expecting for a MARKECT CORRECTION; this organization surely will not consider it as per my experience; same is the case with promotions/rewards & recognitions; people with the highest tenure will only be considered for promotions/rewards surprisingly the really worthy candidates are not at all considered which is a pain to many. While joining in such a prestigious company is a dream to many; but NO ONE knows until one experiences it themselves; so i suggest think twice & thrice before taking decision based on your priorities; company brand factor is quite important while; you as an employee/associate should be even happy with the company.
