Poor culture and no chance to develop career

The relationship between staff and the departmental boss, especially Recruitment department , The package they offer , the training and development facilities are very impressive.

Dislikes

There is no reasons which took me back from leaving them , except the location, They are not providing adequate company accommodation except some category staff.

The work was enjoyable especially in Recruitment and staffing department.

The company offer a decent salary and benefit. However it trade off the staff work life balance.

Dislikes

Expectation is too high on every expatraite which make local people disregard their responsibilities. The work pressure is high and not enough manpower to share the load fairly.

Work Details

The work is very challenging which drive you to stay alert and on top of every issues. The experience that I gained is a treasure since I'm faced a lot of issues and problem that required technical advice to be given immediately. The pressure always peak.
