Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Work life balance is poor. HR department is very very pathetic. No help to be expected from HR department expect the time of joining. If you have to resign you can see the true colors of them. Salary is the lowest in the market. Overall office environment and job distribution is poor. Management is very bad.

It's only for Freshers candidates... i repeat only for Freshers candidates.

Dislikes

Everything in the Petrocon is in worst. No rules. It's Management is like a Dictator, He only made the rules which vary candidate to candidate. If u late for 1 min after lunch, you attendance will be marked Absent. Discrimination level is on high. I suggest you to not go there as they only made fake promises.
