All the HR staff are working like a managers. At the time of joining they will take your original certificate. And before leaving the company they will charge lotes of money from you. They will always diduct your salary without any proper reason. Force to work on deputation.

There's no work life balance. You have to work from 9 to 6 30 with just 1 hour break for lunch. And for having lunch there's no space for everyone. Many people sit on the floor and have lunch. There is no facility like tables and chair (have a few for like 30 people in a company of total 500 to 600 people). Sometimes you have to work till 9 pm or 10 pm or more than that and there's no OT benefits (just you can come 30 min late the next day, but you can't because of the work pressure). There are more than 500 employees and only 3 working lift (there's another lift but it's not working for the past year, it's a hassle for getting on the lift at the lunch hours). There's just a total of 18 leaves (12 CL and 6 SL, a person who's from any other state can't even go home with these many leaves, maybe once a year). The politics in the office is extreme. And there's a total of 6 working days in a week (including all Saturdays (4th sat might be off for people who completed 3 months)). The HR department is a total joke (no clear policies, just they'll make something out of the air and say it's a HR policy, also they they'll implement different rules for different people, like the some people can come late but others have to report on time). There's no PF. There's a rule (I guess) that an organization having more than a minimum number of employees must have a PF policy in the organization. I guess it doesn't matter here. They're literally taking advantage of the people who can't speak back. There's no way to address these problems in a platform (if addressed will be ignored) or the employee who addressed will get back lashed. There's a particular hate towards Tamil community (don't know why maybe because we don't speak Hindi). In spite of all these, the Director has given some promises form the start of the next financial year (25-26), may be he'll look into other matters too. It's only for Freshers candidates... i repeat only for Freshers candidates.

Everything in the Petrocon is in worst. No rules. It's Management is like a Dictator, He only made the rules which vary candidate to candidate. If u late for 1 min after lunch, you attendance will be marked Absent. Discrimination level is on high. I suggest you to not go there as they only made fake promises.
