early there were extra perks for employees which is revoked now.

Dislikes

there is too much of politics and favoritism. Unworthy and unskilled people are positioned on manager rolls who do nothing but gimmicks. People manager manipulate others to do all the hard work and take all the credit for themselves. Other few issues as - 1. it is a 3rd party tie up company where is no support. 2. Managers force you to report false results and when caught put all the blame on you. 3. No chances of promotion until you make your managers happy by worship him. 4. No skill upgradation or career growth. 5. No work life balance- 10 hours job 6. Plant locations are very far from city- High commute time 7. No support from management. 8. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
