The company is world class and very great to work for. But the managers here are very stupid And though you work hard and show your work they are dissatisfied because they want their relatives to join in your position.

Dislikes

Line manager behaviour and they won’t appreciate the hard work you do. Not there are no appraisals. If you chat and wipe line managers shoes, you will be treated well, that won’t happen with me.

The Working culture & management is flexible with employees. Company policies are full fill our daily work routine. Final thing is job security is 100 % in this Company In covid pendamic they are very supportive.

Internal politics, working hours, lots of traveling,leck on job training.

My job is quite interesting, struggled in starting as there was no formal training is given by company, but I got full freedom for my work to achieve my target.
