Every thing, no work life balance, less pay , they force you to work till late like 8-9pm. Can't even offer a coffee to the employees, if u want we Have to bring our own coffee.

Tea & Cheap food near the office. Colleagues become friends.

There is very minimal scope of learning as nobody is there who can guide you properly.

It's more like a jail less like a workplace. You can't use phone even intercom, you can't talk to colleagues even if there is no work for anyone. You have to just sit Idle and keep doing same work 3-4 times as there is no work to engage employees.
