If we consider only confectionery, then they are the market leaders and so is their portfolio. I enjoy working with some of the complex products on automated lines. Plus here I am getting a direct on line experience which is rare for r and d job profiles. Connect with senior management is also good. People are ready and happy to involve you in multiple activities.

Dislikes

There is higher influence of global teams which sometimes hinders the development process. HR activities are good in terms of overall celebration but sometimes there were flaws in certain basic requirements. Occasionally work load becomes difficult to handle, although support is provided by upper management under critical conditions.
