Perfect pins is one of the single source of Tata motors Pvt limited and also various automobile companies.

Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Tere is no more automation in company also no variety of products.

Salary - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Here the work is good but due to large production there is no holiday

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
