Company Policy. Management only focused on cutting money from the pockets of the employees. The HOD here has been working for many years, so everything is done according to his mind, no one can go ahead of him, if you go ahead of him, you will be fired! Undefined key roal of area. Nothing in short. Few people are fixed in the system who is ruining the company

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
