Pepper Advantage is an absolute disaster when it comes to workplace culture. The seniors here are shockingly unprofessional engaging in verbal abuse, using foul language, and consistently disrespecting employees. Here seniors none of the following HR policy shift time 9 to 8 or more No break Leave is unethical

I had worked in this company at Wadala, Mumbai location. They were providing transport facility from Wadala station to office and vice versa, but not on weekend and holiday. Common canteen facility was there on weekdays. Salary was on time. Tea was provided 2 times a day.

Dislikes

I didn't like the group of management. Purposely they're ignoring the wrong, unprofessional and unethical things happening on floor (collection). Team leader was highly unprofessional. He was acted like he owns the office. Shouting and scolding on Telecaller every other day, forced for late seating till 7.30 pm instead of 5.30 pm, sick leave is like a crime. And the same time, HR department and senior management is ignoring unprofessional things happening on the floor, because obviously everyone loves their job. A most senior person who handled revenue is interfere in collection process and targeted Telecaller directly. I don't think, the hierarchy is really exist there.
