there is just hire and fire policy. company will bear you only till you are generating revenue. if you will not be able perform of a single month for xyz reason, next month you will get fired. If you will meetup your daily target, in that case you have to mark leave for that day.

Company is unorganised. There’s no proper track of professional achievements. They come up with numerous changes on a weekly basis. Projects mostly go on hold and they lack on taking care of the employees. In the starting of the year they had a head count of 1400 people which now is less than 700.
