Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. My experience about people Prime worldwide is very bad .because they didn't provide incentive properly some of the senior recruiters took a junior recruiter incentive this is overall wrong so I suggest to everyone we careful if you can work in this company

If anyone found this review, they got the best advice. First and foremost this not an MNC or Corporate office, it's just a third class consultancy. You'll get to know this not at least like a Cloth Store or General Store if still want to join with this People CRIME. If you want to see the animals in forest, don't spend money over there, just join and watch every superior character inside the people crime. An Old lady, called her self Manager. lol she's in cinematic mode all the day. she feels like ramika sen in KGF-2.. Ha ha ha.. she don't even known how to handle multiple teams. I don't know how she offered as a Maaa..nager. One FAT guy [weighted around 150 Kgs], him self calling as Team Lead, he's a PLAY BOY on the floor, he simply put his fat hand on girls shoulder and chest. I saw one girl went inside washroom and cried atleast one hour. No action taken on him. Because that's what the people crime. However he is a great actor: No one can act as a good person like that Bas***d. One FAT lady, called her self is a Team Lead, She recently delivered a baby. So no comments but she looks like Shurpanaka in Ramayana. Her Voice, Face, everything will be like shurpanaka. She's doesn't respect any of the employee who are lower in position. And, Coming to HR: There is no Human Resource officer. I found a lady as she said she's been working since 6 years, everyone wondered. but the secret is she don't know any HR policy.. Ha Ha Ha..
