There's absolutely nothing to like about this company. No job security, poor management, zero employee support, and a toxic work environment. If you're looking for a place that values employees this is definitely not it.

Job security is a myth here. Employees are treated as disposable, with no clear path for stability or growth. Decisions are arbitrary, and there's a constant fear of layoffs. A company that doesn’t invest in its people ultimately loses the trust and talent it needs to succeed.

No job security. They can lay off people at any time, even you are a good resource they simple said that you don't have enough performance. They don't follow logout timings. They won't respect your time, your work and your efforts. They simply want their targets. They won't let you go until you reach the daily count. One of the worst experiences i have had here.
