As a fresher it will give a chance and most of them will run away in the next 6 months itself, clients are very cheap....low budget clients and want work not with high quality and they also choose such type of clients low quality one..

Salaries is given in splits, first half in 1-7 mostly 5th second half in 15-18 mostly 17. Yearly increment comes after 14-17 months No food,snacks,ot etc Some religious liking also there No fun activities, no laughs no outing Very strict atmosphere When u leave u won't get ur payment even after 2 years of leaving this company
