Management doesn't have any administration skills, vry poor treatment with employees, who are skilled and working hard, people who are doing bhagana around the them, they appreciate. Even they are not maintaining the HR policies also. I they doesn't like they terminate on the same day without any reason and also not paying single paisa as per ofer notice ( #months notice period).
