Money was decent , also offices in both Hyderabad and Bangalore are good. Work Timings for Indian employees is good.

First of all I was really excited to work at pega in May , soon I realised the work isn't actually great. You will be asked to clear pega CSA within first month. After that my manager said I'll be exclusively working on latest distributed version on pega platform. Soon I was put to performance testing and Incident support of Pega platform. The code base of platform is 8GB monolith. It's written in legacy Java and much of code is very difficult to comprehend. Also leaders will say they care about employees but not really.Even if you mentioned you're looking for different kind of work , they will ignore you. The company stocks they offer is also a scam and stock prices have crashed as Appian , their rival have a better product. My advice to young and early professionals , don't join pega if you have any ambitions to build application and softwares. Not just support legacy products....Read More
