- Very good pay master - Facilities wise one of the best - Flexible leave plan

Dislikes

- Managers will screw your rating if you hurt their ego - U won't be able to survive if you are guy with ethics at work. - Lot of core leadership who established the org has left in the last 2 years leading to downfall of the org - Legacy framework - They hire technical people and expect them to do low code development. Why would any 5 or 10 years experience guy leave their core tech-stack and join Pega as a Low Code development - Lot of meetings which can be reduced when organised properly - Lack of Co-Ordination between different levels of org...Read More
