# Lunch time half an hour is not enough, increase the time 1 hour is better for all the employee's. Because we are not taking the break time 30minutes. # We are coming 10 or 15 minutes late, but we are leave from company after 6.30 or above. You only consider in time only, but not consider out time. I request to kindly consider theabove points as 09 hours. # We are working more than 09 hours in a day. Better Increament providing based on High designation and providing low Increament for under junior employees. The system and tools have to update advance to provide more huge growth to peerless. And provide Saturday as holiday to avoid work pressure
