Company is among the fastest growing IVD companies. Company has registered consistent growth year on year. The top management is quite People friendly and considerate.

Dislikes

1.The company is too much dependent of Distributors, which needs to be looked upon. 2.No flexible Working hours 3.Extensive touring to cover the market. 4. Entero Healthcare Ltd has taken controlling stake in Peerless Biotech, so future course of action and company's future growth plan requires more clarity. Will have to wait and see the outcome of this Merger to have more clarity.

I feel Peerless Biotech is fastest growing IVD company and all top management is very passionate to work as team and the executives level keeps you feel motivated and learn new things which is phenomenal.

Salary and Culture needs to work upon and rest seems fine. I totally trust they will take this response on positive and start changing to become ‘BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR’

# Lunch time half an hour is not enough, increase the time 1 hour is better for all the employee's. Because we are not taking the break time 30minutes. # We are coming 10 or 15 minutes late, but we are leave from company after 6.30 or above. You only consider in time only, but not consider out time. I request to kindly consider theabove points as 09 hours. # We are working more than 09 hours in a day. Compulsory working days from Monday to Saturday.
