I don’t like at all because they are not providing salary on time and service charges also before joining they said u will get salary 5 th but they are providing salary 12 some time 15 room allowance also same no FIX date

Bad To much politics. In nesco there is a lot favouritism. People leave quickly by seeing the work culture or some are forced to leave by the RGM Ashish Gautam or the HR as they have been manipulated by the management of nesco. Giving false hope of promotion and not promoting. The RGM one of the worst to find around in the market with no respect for the staff always being rude, arrogant and disrespectful.
