It was a wonderful place to work. Young people were respected for their talents. It’s not like that anymore. people were nice. But now all the nice passionate people are either relocating or leaving the org. with the change in leadership, you see a lot of people leaving, there is no culture (as such) anymore. Some people are in goodteams, they grow they get to learn while others are either stuck in mediocrity with no opportunity to grow....Read More
