...the timings are Indian and we get two days leave which are usual sat and Sunday. No cab service, no such scope of growth and no permanency as you won't be on Pearson pay roll. Many employees are on contract basis which gets renewed every six months.

Dislikes

Many things but don't want to mention here. But one thing is that if you stay late in office, you are considered better than the ones who come early and work for 8 and half hours and leave early.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Pearson is one of the big company in MNCs.

Dislikes

In the pearson, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Salary growth is also not good.Try to improve his salary growth for their hard working employees.

Earlier it was 5yrs on contract basis . nowadays 1 yrs.. After that if contract not exceeded from the client then you r gone . So within these 1yr you have search for another job.for pocket money this job is better but you can't survive if u have to look for other types of expenses

Good organisation to start your career, but no growth. Some departments are amazing and some are filled with toxicity. But overall culture is good.

Worst management Whatever you suggest they will not listen to you They make perception about the employees and then never allow them to grow When feedback is given focus is more on negative points and they will harass you like you feel as if you are good for nothing I wish I could have marked this in negative Worst team finance and ops
