The role is very monotonous. There is no much scope for growth but if you are good in what you do and want to stay in the same field it is a good start definitely.

Dislikes

Increment is less or non existent, no benefits as this role is not on direct Pearson payroll.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
