Best ever company i have found in my career of 10+ years, my name is pankaj and i manage a team of 50+ members at digital marketing and all thanks to company for all time support and giving me this opportunity, yes, this is the company who cares its employees and clients always, HR very much supportive, client success and relationships management departments are awesome they care clients so much that even me or my team if client's any ticket received then we have to work no matter it's working or non working hours and this remains me any my team's self call because of our company culture and ethics and policies towards clients and employees success. Company never compromise with it's policies and policies are designed only and only for clients and employees success and it's obvious whether it's any business. Those who are posting here low rating either they have 0 knowledge about the company or they simply want to unnecessary post anything without having any basic knowledge about the company otherwise come and talk face to face. There is no work culture and poor management. The owner focuses only on sales and sales. They don't care about the client's work, and in the end, if the client escalates, they simply blame the developers. I went for the interview ,I answered all question which they asked ,Asked the human resource manger shall I wait out side you know what she said(I think you should wait out side)I waited for 2 hrs after 2 hrs one girl came she said we can't hire you presently.I request you don't go their .totally worst company .

So I joined Pearl Organisation as a Technology Executive in Digital Marketing and they fooled me at the time of my joining. There are no leaves and unnecessary deductions. How can one manage working with this type of FRAUD and LALA company. They just know how to ill there pockets. They dont care about the employee even those who areworking for them for years. At last I would suggest to ignore this company as a whole, if you want to make a start of your career then you can go there but if you are a professional I will suggest go Find some other company.
