I worked there from 2012-2013. I went from being an agent to TL in six months, so I was elated at first. The team was a mix of highly trained professionals and a small group of people who couldn’t draft an email in English. This was confusing since we worked in an e-mail/ chat process. The only positive thing I can say is that I was given the freedom to learn and grow about an industry that had a lot of scope. Dislikes

The “management” deliberately ignored the basic needs of the employees for months. It was a shameful experience having to field complaints from the team and defend the pathetic internal workings of the shady management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
