Everything else is a problem. -Culture sucks. Leadership is arrogant, extremely rude & busy doing internal politics. Also, they are incapable of taking decisions most of the time and are only good at beating around the bush. -No job security at all. They can ask you to leave any day without giving any heads up since they have to cut down costs. It has nothing to do with your performance. -Even work satisfaction is not there most of the time because one day leadership will tell you to leave everything else & work on some task on priority and when you do, they won’t even look at it the next day because apparently priority got changed. -No training or help provided to new joiners.
