Toxic Environment
Hello friends, I have been working as a field sales person in Paytm company for 3 years. The first 2 years were good but after that it seems like we have no value. My work is not appreciated.They repeatedly ask me to leave the job. I have been working as a group leader in the company for 1 year now but they are not promoting me. They are promoting people who have no knowledge. Tell me what should I do. And give me advice for a good job.
