Everything is dislike , no work culture manager not support for build your team , because managers also having team , they only completing there targets . There is only hire and fire process . In 1 city 20-25 TL working for the same product . Now growth in this company .

Seniors are very toxic even work time is 9.30am to 6.30pm they will start meeting and VC 7 am and night 11 pm meeting no work life balance and fake commitment don't work in paytm

There’s no work life balance at all. They will push you to any limits to ensure your life is hell. Top management passes personal comments in team meetings, lot of humiliation, abusive language is being used. If you raise the complaint to HR, they will show you fake concerns and are completely spineless. The management will take away your PLI and will not answer, pick your calls or reply to back even after multiple attempts. After PPBL ban management is like a mad bull. Making life hell for employees. Even it is work from office but they ask employees to start early and finish late. No hike since i joined in April 2023 last year people got minimum hike of 0% and maximum 4%. No job security. They are in losses and sources of revenue are also shrinking. Not recommended to join
