Pathetic culture of the entire HR org, no intent on improving decades old processes, way too many layers of approvals. Politics runs across all HR functions, some really old folks in VP positions are totally invisible, neither they take initiatives nor they let anyone improve anything. College level coding Managers are not skilled, managers don't work here, managers don't update leaves, tasks to team. They are hired to force fully make team work on weekends.
