Dislikes

No hike since i joined in April 2023 last year people got minimum hike of 0% and maximum 4%. No job security. They are in losses and sources of revenue are also shrinking. Not recommended to join

Absolutely no job security considering layoffs are pretty common and regular. HR has no powers and cannot see any policy enforcement. Has seen 3 CHROs in last 3years (2022-2025) since the CEO doesn't give them any powers. Organization is run by whims and fancies of its CBOs (BU heads), whose only job is to instill fear among the team than to motivate them. There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..
