Upper management is so dominant and the whole team work on crisis everyday. You never know when you will be fired. They asked to work on Sundays as well without any extra pay. Leave is just a dream

Seniors are very toxic even work time is 9.30am to 6.30pm they will start meeting and VC 7 am and night 11 pm meeting no work life balance and fake commitment don't work in paytm

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. After PPBL ban management is like a mad bull. Making life hell for employees. Even it is work from office but they ask employees to start early and finish late. To go to noida office i start from dwarka at 7:30 am and leave office by 8 and reach home by 10:30. Even though my office location is Gurgaon but have been asked to come to noida everyday. No hike since i joined in April 2023 last year people got minimum hike of 0% and maximum 4%. No job security. They are in losses and sources of revenue are also shrinking. Not recommended to join

Absolutely no job security considering layoffs are pretty common and regular. HR has no powers and cannot see any policy enforcement. Has seen 3 CHROs in last 3years (2022-2025) since the CEO doesn't give them any powers. There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..
